Sustainability information
The Management Company shall comply with Article L. 533-22-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (the « SFDR Regulation »). Sustainability risk refers to environmental, social or corporate governance (« ESG ») event or condition, that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or potential material negative impact on the value of an investment of the Fund (the « Sustainability Risks »). The SFDR Regulation requires the Management Company to make a « comply or explain » decision whether to integrate the Sustainability Risks in its investment decisions or not, with a specific regime outlined in SFDR Regulation. The Management Company has opted not to comply with that regime. The Management Company deems the Sustainability Risks not to be relevant to investment decisions in respect of the Funds. Notwithstanding the decision of the Management Company, the Management Company has implemented positive ESG-related initiatives and policies, as part of its overall commitment to ESG matters. The investments underlying its financial products do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.
